San Diego’s leading alliance to prevent gun violence has published its list of Gun Violence Prevention Champions and Gun Violence Prevention Candidates for the 2026 mid-term elections.
The “Champion” designation is given to candidates for local office who have demonstrated leadership in developing and enacting strategies to combat the ever-rising tide of preventable gun deaths. The designations are included in the new Voter Guide at https://sd4gvp.org/candidates-2026/ .
