THE GENERATION THAT WILL END GUN VIOLENCE

Mass shootings, like those in Parkland, Florida and Sante Fe, Texas, are devastating, as are the everyday shootings that shatter families and communities all across this country. Team ENOUGH aims to reduce both mass shootings and everyday gun deaths from suicide, crime, domestic violence, accidents and other causes.

Between now and the November elections, Team ENOUGH will mobilize young voters and elect candidates to advance our top priorities:

  • Universal background checks for every gun sale
  • Ban assault weapons and large capacity ammunition magazines
  • “Extreme Risk” laws that remove guns from people in crisis

Through monthly grassroots action, we will deploy the power of our generation for electoral and policy change. Together, we will create a world where more Americans, wherever they live, are safe in their homes, schools, streets, workplaces, houses of worship and wider communities.

An intersectional approach to gun violence prevention is a key priority of Team ENOUGH. The success of the gun violence prevention movement depends on deeply understanding the context and communities in which violence occurs.

TEAM ENOUGH IS DRIVEN BY YOUNG VOICES.

We recognize the value that students bring to the national debate: fresh perspective, drive, a no-nonsense approach and an unapologetic quest for answers and actions to prevent gun violence.

We provide a platform to unite accomplished students and activists to amplify our voices for greater impact.

We are diverse. More than two-thirds of the Team ENOUGH Executive Council are people of color, diverse faith backgrounds, or LGBTQ+.

We are intersectional. We care deeply about gun violence prevention (GVP) and its disproportionate impact on vulnerable communities.
